Ed Beswick is the CEO of Thrive Group Tasmania Inc., the state's largest rural and remote early childhood provider, focused on achieving the best outcomes for Tasmanian children. Along with being a passionate advocate for children's literacy and reading, he is also a Chartered Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor. Prior to joining the Education and Care Sector, his professional career included roles such as the Financial Accountant at Launceston Airport and also Audit Manager with Professional Services firm Deloitte where he was selected for national and international audit secondments. Ed also serves as Treasurer on a number of NFP boards including contemporary dance company Assembly 197 and the Launceston Film Society.
