Only About Children

Anna has 30+ years experience in Australian and global organisations in a variety of sectors including Early Learning and Care (Childcare), Retirement Living, Financial Services and Leadership Consulting sectors.

Anna has been in the early learning sector since 2017, initially CEO at Only About Children (OAC) growing the business to 70+ services, then in late 2020 contracting (as Acting Chief Safety Officer and Chief Corporate Services Officer) to the Not-For-Profit Goodstart Early Learning, Australia’s largest early learning and care provider with over 650 services nationally.  She returned to Only About Children as CEO in late 2022, following the acquisition of the business by global early learning provider Bright Horizons.

Prior to her time in early learning and care, Anna worked as a Senior Executive for ASX listed Stockland in the Retirement Living Business and held senior roles with Egon Zehnder International and GE Capital.

Anna started her career as a Music Therapist focused on Child Psychology and Special Education.  She holds a Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor’s Degree in Music Therapy, and in 2020 Anna graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
